Tongling has established a 3-level training system platform for employees so as to development each own’s strengths, also to create self promotion opportunities. We have a team of professional internal trainers, which comprises elites or management staff from various departments. Internal trainers are responsible for primary trainings and the company also seeks professional training organizations to provide external technical trainings, to improve internal trainers as well as staff professional skills, business knowledge.
Company training has classification which includes orientation training, on-board training, standardized operator training and skills training, management training, special technical certification training as well as external training. The company advocates becoming a learning enterprise, so that employees can grow together with the company's development.
